Easy Fluffy Pancakes Recipe

They’re quick to make, use simple ingredients, and taste better than store-bought mixes

Perfect for breakfast or brunch!

📝 Ingredients:

 • 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour

 • 2 tbsp sugar

 • 1 tsp baking powder

 • 1/2 tsp baking soda

 • 1/4 tsp salt

 • 1 egg

 • 3/4 cup (180ml) milk

 • 2 tbsp melted butter (plus more for cooking)

 • 1 tsp vanilla extract

✨Instructions:

 1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

 2. In another bowl, beat the egg, then mix in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

 3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir just until combined. Do not overmix – it’s okay if the batter is a little lumpy!

 4. Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter.

 5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on top and the edges look set (about 2 minutes), then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.

 6. Serve warm with maple syrup, honey, or your favorite toppings!

💡 Tips:

 • For extra fluffy pancakes, let the batter rest for 5–10 minutes before cooking.

 • You can add blueberries or chocolate chips into the batter for a twist!
