Easy Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

📝 Ingredients:
 • 1 cup (225g) unsalted butter, softened
 • 1 cup (200g) brown sugar
 • 1/2 cup (100g) white sugar
 • 2 large eggs
 • 1 tsp vanilla extract
 • 2 1/4 cups (280g) all-purpose flour
 • 1 tsp baking soda
 • 1/2 tsp salt
 • 1 ½ cups (270g) chocolate chips



💫 Instructions:
 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
 2. In a large bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until creamy.
 3. Add the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla.
 4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
 5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
 6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
 7. Scoop small balls of dough onto the baking tray, leaving space between each one.
 8. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
 9. Let cool for a few minutes on the tray, then transfer to a wire rack.

For extra gooey cookies, don’t overbake! They’ll firm up as they cool💜.
